AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC (Bluespring Wealth), an industry-leading acquirer and partner of best-in-class wealth management firms, today announced the acquisition of Joule Financial, an independent, registered investment adviser (RIA) based in Lexington, Kentucky.
Established in 2001, Joule Financial is led by Quint Tatro, Managing Director and CIO, and Daniel Czulno, Managing Director and COO. The firm serves over 600 families throughout the nation, and prides itself on its ability to help all clients identify, plan, and reach their financial goals. The team at Joule Financial specializes in providing fee-only financial planning, investment management, and wealth development services.
Through this partnership, Bluespring Wealth Partners will provide the necessary support for Joule Financial to scale operations and reach its next phase of growth while maintaining its first-class client experience.
