Acquisition unites two ServiceNow Elite partners to create global digital transformation powerhouse

(“P5”), a transformative consulting company known for helping customers establish better enterprise-wide processes through digital modernization and optimization. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in the Washington D.C. area, P5 is a highly ranked and fast-growing ServiceNow Elite partner with deep experience in Enterprise Service Management consulting, and a strong track record of success across IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform. With the acquisition of P5, CDI, also a ServiceNow Elite partner, grows its ServiceNow service delivery team, adds depth to its digital operations capabilities and expands its offshore delivery model. The acquisition also gives both organizations greater scale, bandwidth and geographical sales reach.
