Generational Equity Advises Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers in Alignment with DeSimone Consulting Engineers

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce its client, Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, LLC joined forces with DeSimone Consulting Engineering Group, LLC on April 24, 2020.

Located in Houston, Texas, Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers (Henderson Rogers) is a structural engineering firm specializing in aviation, education, commercial, sports and healthcare facilities. The Company was established in 2005, and since that time has worked on over 3,300 projects, for over 400 clients.
