Gold Coast Schools Announces Strategic Acquisition of The Climer School of Real Estate

ORLANDO, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Gold Coast Schools, a leading Florida-based provider of traditional classroom and distance learning in the fields of real estate, appraisal, mortgage, insurance and construction education, today announced that the company has acquired The Climer School of Real Estate, a leading real estate school in Florida.

“Joining forces with Gold Coast Schools means we have even more to offer people in Florida looking to pass their real estate license exam or take continuing education courses to further their career,” said Andy Brown, Education Director and Partner, The Climer School of Real Estate.

With this acquisition, Gold Coast Schools, which is a part of Colibri Group’s real estate division, expands its educational offerings as well as its broader presence in the state of Florida.

As part of the expanded offerings, students will have access to classroom, livestream, and online classes. All customers will have access to a larger library of courses and more convenient options on when, where and how to take them. In addition, broker referral programs and career fairs will be expanded.

The Climer School of Real Estate is the latest acquisition Gold Coast Schools has made to expand its offerings and the base of professionals it serves. Gold Coast Schools has multiple Florida campuses and distance learning programs serving students throughout the state. Classrooms are located in Orlando, Stuart, Kissimmee, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Tamarac, North Miami and South Dade.
