Linx Announces the Acquisition of Neemo

The company becomes a pioneer in offering delivery management solutions with products related to financial services from the fintech Linx Pay Hub.

SÃO PAULO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Linx (NYSE:LINX), the leader and specialist in retail software, announces the acquisition of Neemo. Owner of the Delivery App, the company is one of the pioneers in customized delivery solutions, through the integration of the establishment’s delivery application and its e-commerce platform, offering consumers an omnichannel experience.

The omnichannel experience provided by Neemo also enables restaurants and their consumers to pick-up orders at the store, place orders at the table using QR Code and messaging services, such as Facebook Messenger.

The acquisition of Neemo is yet another step by Linx to reinforce its cross selling strategy, adding financial solutions to its other products, solutions and services. “We work to meet the needs of retailers, from the micro-entrepreneur to the owner of a chain of stores. And, this purchase allows us to offer our own delivery management solution with products related to aggregate financial services. In this way, we expand the performance of our fintech Linx Pay Hub and reinforce the Food Services vertical,” says Alberto Menache, CEO of Linx.

For the acquisition, Linx will pay a total of BRL 17.6 million in cash and, additionally, subject to the achievement of financial and operational goals, for the years between 2021 to 2023, it will pay the amount of up to BRL 4.8 million.
